Plant Operations Worker

Job Description

• Operate a wholesale fertilizer mixer, ship and load products into storage tanks or semis, and unload both liquid and dry railcars.
• Assist other employees in completing repairs and maintenance projects and participate in improvements to the operations of the facility.
• The applicant must have a clean driving record and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Responsibility for operating heavy equipment and the safety procedures, inspections, maintenance, and cleaning.
• Good housekeeping practices that keep the facility clean.
• Work as part of a team and promote team culture.
• Opportunities for overtime, training, and advancement.
