Personnel
Assemble your team to ensure completion of fieldwork at your location.
Oversee the operations and identify needed maintenance on the facility and rolling stock, implementing a plan to complete in a timely manner.
Facility and Asset Prevention
Oversee the maintenance program of fixed assets and rolling stock to ensure that all items can be operated efficiently, safely, and in a manner that projects a positive image on behalf of Twin State/Liqui-Grow.

Liquid Fertilizer Mix Room Operator
Day to Day:
- Keep the location manager informed of property issues that may arise
- Be a team player
- Willing to work the required hours during the season (i.e., early a.m., longer nights, weekends, holiday possibility with an alternative day off)
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Meet license requirements
- Handlers license
- Applicators license
- Keep up on any training (Dicamba, applicator, etc.) as needed or scheduled
- CDL
Retail Mix System:
- Learn the ins and outs of running the retail mix system.
- This includes but is not limited to system updates, communicating issues with program IT, navigating breakdowns/delays, lining up truckers, figuring out load lineup with salesman/applicator, reading field maps, and giving directions.
- Knowledge of outside load systems, maintenance, and rinsing schedule
- Good communication with staff related to getting products out, working around shortages, machine breakdowns, and basic day-to-day plans, especially in season.
- Winterizing the system
Chemicals:
- Coordinate chemical needs and delivery schedules for bulk products and packages with the location manager and warehouse person.
- Maintaining meters, valves, and plumbing as needed or scheduled, along with winterizing
Equipment:
- Helping with maintaining trucks in/out of season, along with winterizing
- Troubleshooting with truckers and applicators during the season as problems occur (for example, trailer pumps)
- Spill procedures
Seed Warehouse:
- Maintain the organization of the seed within the warehouse
- Assist in the treatment of seed
- Move and transfer seed while also maintaining all seed inventory
