Process weekly payroll in accordance with company policies and payroll regulations.
Review employee time records for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain payroll records, employee earnings, deductions, garnishments, benefits, and tax withholdings.
Enter and update employee payroll information
Respond to employee payroll questions
Assist with payroll audits, reconciliations, and reporting requirements.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and company policies.
Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll and personnel information
Prepare payroll-related reports for management and accounting
Assist with year-end payroll processing including W-2 preparation and related reconciliations.
Support timekeeping system administration and troubleshoot payroll discrepancies.
Perform other accounting, administrative, or payroll-related duties as assigned.
